Layoffs as a quick fix to meet quarterly financial targets.

Pros

During my time, I noticed a troubling pattern: leadership frequently resorted to layoffs as a quick fix to meet quarterly financial targets or appease investors, rather than addressing deeper structural or strategic inefficiencies. These decisions often came with little transparency or foresight, creating a culture of uncertainty and low morale across teams. Until the company adopts a more thoughtful and strategic approach to workforce management, I would caution potential employees to weigh the risk of instability — especially in times of market pressure or organizational change.

Cons

The lack of accountability, transparency, and strategic HR leadership is not just disappointing — it's detrimental to the company culture and long-term success. A complete restructuring or replacement of the current HR staff may be necessary to rebuild trust, establish fair practices, and align the department with the company’s stated values. Until then, I would caution potential hires and leadership to be aware of these challenges.

Be prepared to be disappointed

Pros

Some of the tenure associates genuinely care and will assist you. You'll maybe find a couple leaders who will support you on your career path.

Cons

Promised by management to be promoted for next level in position; however, role is given to external candidate. Manager will state "we want you to have have role, give us a couple more months and will will open another promotion." False promises, layoffs (done through zoom at 4 a.m.) to save bottom line, even though division beat metrics and surpassed revenue goals. Company likes to support employees whom lie and create drama; yet, the hard working member, is treated poorly and pointed out as not being a team player (simply because they don't want to gossip). Proceed with caution. There is more, simply a brief summary.

Pros

They have good Benefits. Pay starts out at 19 a hour. I liked Remote Working. Independence and not having a manager on my back long as the work was done.

Cons

They crammed in a bunch of information for 1 month of training. After training you do nothing that you were taught in training. They put you on the floor alone even though you have no clue what you’re doing, while handling serious medical information. I’ve asked for help numerous times & often don’t get replies. Supervisor & Management is trash. They don’t care about you succeeding or messing up patients files. You have to be in a horrible position for a year to move up. Everyone I trained with quit. Save yourself the stress & don’t even apply.
