      Colleagues stuck together from day one of training.

      Cons

      I can't even say why I gave one start as this place doesn't deserve any. Horrific management, no direction, no support, extremely disorganized, constantly berating employees, discriminates and targets certain employees of different races/ethnicity. The hourly pay is pathetic and one cannot sustain a household. Hire people with education and experience then place them in roles they will succeed and achieve beyond expectations.

      big company, nice facility (West) building, decent benefits (I would expect more from a company that makes so much money off the insurance companies backs.)

      very little advancement possibilities, unqualified directors, horrible Top down Management, low wages, horrible HR
