Leadership at the top is not inspiring; people that are bad leaders get promoted and good leaders that question and challenge the status quo are managed out of the organization; especially the higher up you go and the more tenure you have

I was hired under the presumption I was working days, shortly after starting (2 weeks in) they switched me to nights. The supervisor was never there and the training was poor.
