Pros

Work life balance is sort of okay. Work from home.

Cons

Disorganized processes everywhere. While you’re doing all the work to fix and organize the broken processes the same 5 people continue to get promoted over and over while you’re left being blamed by the new leaders (every 6 months or so) for all the problems. If you’re not in the in crowd by year one of your employment get out. Because they’ll suck you dry of your knowledge hard work and ingenuity. And eventually you’ll be burnt out from making everything better with no credit (because how would constant new leadership ever know what you’ve accomplished prior) and eventually they’ll eliminate your job for all your hard work. Good times.

Pros

Work life balance is huge. One of the few major companies still allowing 100% remote

Cons

Leadership doesn’t care about culture and the ones who do get shut down due to budget. Don’t expect any fancy swag or travel for any sales meetings or any rewards this company is very tight with their budget and just doesn’t care about employee culture. The fact that no one has met in person for over 4 years reflects in the turnover. People don’t leave where they feel valued and have a sense of connection.

Pros

CSS: inclusivity, empathy, people development, career development assistance, process and efficiency driven, excellent benefits, PTO accrues rapidly, Bravos, Good place for the ambitious. Manufacturing and Inventory: excellent benefits, PTO accrues rapidly, Bravos

Cons

CSS: Long hours, generally the brunt of unhappy customers, high stress environment for sales to perform, fall-out from supply chain misses, can have long hours with little work life balance Manufacturing and Inventory: None of these: inclusivity, empathy, people development, career development assistance, process and efficiency driven, plus micromanagement, no structure, no training, no clear direction, no contextual support on any processes, TOXIC ENVIRONMENT where managers discuss co-workers in front of their peers and when you ask a question there are audible sighs from the SME. No work life balance - meetings scheduled outside of core hours / outside of business hours for west coast based personnel,
