Pros

-Work from home. -Competitive Pay.

Cons

-High Insurance Premiums -Coworkers work in cliques (even Remote). -Managers pick and choose favorites, will rush you through work then turn around and blame you for mistakes. -Audit Team unfairly targets people that they get annoyed with. -Coworkers like to single one another out and taunt “oh, you probably pissed off the Audit team which is why they’re singling you out” -Yes, this was said to me via a Teams chat in writing.

Exploitative and legally dubious

Pros

Flexible schedule, snacks provided on-site

Cons

Underpaid, micromanaged, little-to-no training, managers are completely unaware of the work and unable to help with any questions Threatened to fire anyone who took off more than twice and denied paid sick leave despite this benefit being outlined in our contracts. Withheld salary when I used my accrued sick time. Had to involve corporate HR and much headache in order to finally get my PTO Overall a very exploitative and shady company

Pros

If you want no social life you want to be at work all the time and get paid less than the average rate definitely work here

Cons

They manipulate you They keep telling you that they're going to try and promote you within They don't give you the material for the interviews they work the absolute sanity out of you You don't have down time They don't work with you They lie all the time about the information that they quote unquote don't have They give you internal interviews but they don't give you the information to do the interview for a specific job per se manuals upward mobility is non-existent unless you're a kiss butt Alex Castro ignores all of his employees he just yeses everybody to death when I worked there they would leave the facility with no management on site for hours at a time which pretty sure that's illegal also so if you would like to work for a company that financially just doesn't do anything for you and they abuse you absolutely go here One of the worst jobs I've ever had
