      Pros

      Everyone who works the floor shares an incredible effort to work together despite the challenges, and the team I had the pleasure to work with was very respectful and helpful during my time here.

      Cons

      Capacity issues, frequent changes in safety and productivity policies and technology experimentation leading process interruptions and congestion for workers. It's a small warehouse that delivers for both small costumers and large wholesale.

      Pros

      Work from home , although it was recently announced that RTO is happening in September. Even so I don’t see that as a negative. Diverse group of people with different backgrounds I can speak to my department directors are open to having one on ones even with their busy schedules. Just find time on their calendar. benefits are decent. Not the best that I’ve had out there, but probably competitive in this industry.

      Cons

      although there’s lots of documentation out there, there is a lot more missing. It has been a struggle to figure out things on your own because the documentation is not organized uniformly. With me having to work with different teams and departments there has been trial and error, figuring out who is all involved with these accounts and how to direct either customers what are the shareholders to the right support.
