      Work hours is great and the little snack section.

      Cons

      Managment plays favoritism hard! They say the are open to new ideas but when you present it they throw your ides in the trash. Bri is major ay playing favoritism. She also talks to you in a belittling manner and if you talk back. Lord have mercy on your soul.

      Fantastic Work culture and Pay. Great standard of work and latest tech stack with real world problems being solved. Shift allowance. Free door to door pickup and drop(cab service). No Micromanagement. Hybrid work. Decent health insurance.

      None as of now. Maybe can increase health cover a bit for Dependents.
