      hybrid schedule, flexible, opportunity for professional development, lower level management is genuine and hardworking, very little office politics, good PTO benefits

      inside temp 70-75° not lower or higher

      Cons

      no sick time until after 30days (not full 40hrs) no pto until 90days. no grave yard pay differential. pay to low for work and rules. horrible leads. supervisor unfair. HR only cares about themselves. its been like this since they open. outbound cant keep a full crew. lacking 15 employee. you work until the work is done(1-4am) everyday. must be lead to go into other departments. no pay increase for cross training. no work balance at all. point system
