Pros

Cardinal maintains a very high standard that is reflected in the quality of its employees as well as the quality of the work for our clients. Cardinal continually delivers at a high level for our clients and has a focus on project-based work. Cardinal's senior leadership has always had a vision for where they want to take the company and have excelled at driving Cardinal to new heights through office expansion, new partnerships, and staying on the bleeding edge of technology. Cardinal invests in its employees, provides a fantastic culture, and that is reflected in the number of employees that have been at Cardinal for 5, 10, even 15 years.

Cons

Cardinal's only challenge is finding enough talent to keep up with its continued growth.

Pros

Some talented consultants and some good relationships with area clients. Unfortunately, not the place to build a long term career that I was led to believe it was.

Cons

Like some of the other reviews, I was sold on the idea of a professional firm - I've found that it's a frat-like culture - advancement and reward isn't driven by performance, it's driven by who gets drunk with the office staff. I'm over college life - having the foosball table and beer fridge be the focal points of the Columbus office seems juvenile. Turn over has become a serious problem with people who leave replaced by "future stars" (i.e. college kids in their 1st job) or by very junior team members. Because of the turn over, we've had issues at my client with very inexperienced people who just don't know what they are doing.

Pros

Decent 1st job out of college to get experience. Lots of social events. Able to meet some fun, laid people. Able to play foosball/video games during work hours. Refrigerator is always stacked with micro brews that the office supplies.

Cons

Recruiter sold me on the culture. Turns out to be a very "college" culture which I'm long past. Very laid back atmosphere to a fault. Office brags about all their socials and wild drunken parties and even shares pictures of them with everyone. Office not taken seriously. No onboarding process at all. Sales team and recruiter drink beer and play foosball daily. Office seriously lacks leadership. Would not consider this place to have a career. Do not get caught up in all the socials and ppl who still live the college lifestyle.
