Nice offices and great location Good relationships with large clients Reasonable compensation Expensive but fantastic health insurance

Cons

Clique driven Lots of bench time Recent firings for consultants with no assignment Poor quality of local leadership - the HQ leadership seems great but local leadership at by the executive and team leader level is very poor Be prepared to spend lots of time beyond the time you bill to the client doing "Cardinal stuff" if you want to be part of the in crowd and be considered important

Pros

A lot of room to grow in the Raleigh office. Newer office with a lot of good work. Less about contracting and more project based work. Fun work environment and very talented people to work with.

some personal time is needed if you want to make an impact and go above and beyond
