      They will throw their employees, especially nurses, under the bus every chance they get when it comes to state issues that may arise, when it has nothing to do with the employee, it’s clearly a management issue. The administrator is stuck up and will freeze you out if you make her mad, much like a middle school mean girl. Also, the pay sucks.

      This company, more specifically the location I worked at, has received many awards for their amazing care towards the residents.

      There is a great amount of favoritism that is shown amongst the employees, making tasks spread unfairly to all employees.
