Good opportunity for growth for those in nursing profession

Cons

Management at the top is too disconnected from facility reality. The company is riding on ancient policies & practices. They are not progressive at all. CEO is also on Board of Directors so there is no check & balance system. Staff are underpaid in all positions at facilities.
