Pros

Very good home office support. Willing to take Medicaid and charitable residents. Good people work there. Support small towns in which they serve. Provide skilled nursing services in towns that are too small to otherwise have such services.

Cons

Sometimes felt like I was being micro-managed. Willingness to take unlimited medicaid resulted in less money for staffing. Staffing levels were low.

Pros

They will support you. They have lots of resources available so that when you need assistance, you will have many aspects at your fingertips. Awesome benefits.

Cons

It is just in Iowa, so if you are looking to relocate out of the state, staying employed becomes a bit of a challenge.
