Great for just starting out, but not a long-term employer

Pros

I loved the team I worked with. Everyone tried really hard to work together, and cared about each other. There is also a lot of room to learn new skills here, both administratively and clinically. If you're looking for a springboard into the medical field this is a great place for that.

Cons

They do not offer very competitive wages, you will always be expected to do the work of several people, and burnout is a major issue for staff and management. I would not recommend working here for longer than a year. Because of this, turnover is a big problem.

Pros

I made a lot of friends and the team is excellent. My hours were flexible and patient interactions were generally really positive. I got great experience working interdisciplinary. Many of my coworkers were able to get on the job training to get an MA license.

Cons

The owner/CEO practices legally, but questionably ethically. He works to make as much money through LNI without paying employees appropriately. There was a high turnover rate when I was there to show for it. A couple of the managers who I worked under, but had to answer to him were excellent, incredibly valuable members to the team who were not paid nearly enough to have to deal with him, run his errands, be HR and manage the whole clinic.

Some of the people were nice

Cons

-Horrible business practices -VERY inexperienced staff -Talks badly about patients -Only 1 week of PTO per year -If you resign good luck getting your last paycheck (had to report to state of Washington)
