Pros
I made some fantastic friends working there. And everyone really pulls together to get the work done under sometimes difficult circumstances. Also there is a lot of opportunity for cross training.
Cons
The pay is very low compared to other places in town, and the owner regularly hires those with no experience so he can justify the low wages. This puts the onus on the more experienced employees to train these individuals. Despite constantly having to train new employees and cover for other short staffed departments, the owner still expects high levels of productivity with very little support.
