      Hours, pay was pretty good

      Management is terrible, no one knows what they are doing, hiring people that do not have any qualifications for their role, no policy/order, sexual harassment is rampant

      Education leaders are strong and supportive

      Overall leadership of this company is beyond poor, and the company claims to be innovative, but far from it. I’ve had 15+ yrs in the corporate world, and the company doesn’t have a clear vision. Also, there are Ops leaders that are bullies and speak down to employees, using bad language. These particular individuals have been reported repeatedly and continue to be employed by CareATC- tragic situation.
