Benefits Love the people I work with.

They keep adding work and no pay raise. No appreciation for their employees at all, No recognition always criticizing.

Decent Pay Good people outside of leadership

No such thing as culture The micromanagement from leadership is beyond off the hook Did I mention micromanagement? Small thinking and not driven towards employee growth I only worked 3 months but was struggling to show up every morning simply because of the dumpster fire known as CareATC (IT) They don't take cyber security or PHI/PII seriously due to low budget thinking The tech stack used is beyond dated and strung together with bailing wire

Pros

Work from home. That's it.

Cons

Pay is very low. Benefits are not good. Expensive insurance. 10 PTO days per year, I've never seen PTO that low. They will tell you there is a 401k match, there isn't. They will tell you there is a quarterly bonus, that's being phased out. They have lost larger clients, so when they will downsize, newest people have been and will be let go. Steer clear.
