      Pros

      Some workers were amazing. They do offer free healthcare. You will learn a lot by wearing many hats.

      Cons

      Management is poor. "Good ol' boys" culture No work life balance The more you do and know the less you are promoted and recognized Most leadership is there because they have a friend higher up that brought them on. Your manager will keep you in the dark, and also will not allow you to speak to anyone above you.
