Pros

Clinic coworkers are great to work with. The patients are awesome!

Cons

If there was a negative rating or a zero amount of stars, it would still be too nice of a rating for this horrible company! Micro-management from people who aren't even in the same state. Never able to connect with IT or upper management, and IF they respond, it's only to harass you or say negative or even rude things that have nothing to do with why you were attempting to contact them in the first place. Promises are NEVER kept. If upper management says they'll do this, or order that, it will absolutely NOT happen. Ever. If you do dare mention it, they will ignore you, or worst, PROMISE to do it again. And never ever get it done. Poor training. You basically get hired, told to do approximately 30 "training modules" online, some of which are over an hour long, and expected to do it at work, while you're caring for patients and the provider, etc. No headphones supplied. No opportunity to even complete these at home. But emails from corporate that you haven't completed your modules by the due date...every single day. Extremely over complicated and redundant computer systems (at least 4 or 5, all with separate logins and passwords) that are controlled by corporate, but no one can ever help you when you're stuck. Outdated and never calibrated medical equipment or office necessities (like phones that several number buttons that do not work and gummed up keyboards that cannot be cleaned, also with sticking keys),. Lack of medical supplies, including PPE. NO RAISES (including cost of living raises). A so-called "bonus program" based on clinic's metrics and the employees in the clinic (amount of patients seen, #of PHAs, and patient SURVEY numbers....). None of the metrics are feasible when only 5-10 patients at best, are seen in a day. Contradictory answers from anyone in any job position in clinic or corporate. I still have no idea what colors of scrubs an MA is required to wear. Although you're told specifically an amount of hours you to are hired for, you are EXPECTED to arrive early and stay late, but then you're condemned for working too many hours. Zero breaks. No break room, no employee restroom or private break area with running water. Corporate refuses to cover bottled or other drinking water, despite the only sinks being in the patient restroom and exam/lab rooms. Rude, arrogant and abusive upper management. If you're not in a salaried position, you are a peasant and treated as such. Patient care is NOT a priority. Company is only concerned with PROFITS. Not even a Christmas card for the clinical staff. But corporate throws a huge holiday bash for it's upper management. Pathetically unconcerned with it's employees, patients or their safety. If you are sick, but not positive for Covid-19, you are required to report to work, per company policy. So much more I could say...the place is borderline criminal.

Pros

Enjoyed helping patients and creating many long-term patient/physician relationships.

Cons

Physicians and clinical staff treated very poorly by administration. Have always been understaffed in clinical settings. Promise clients services that are not available and then place blame on the clinical staff when patients/clients complain their expectations were not met. The company used to be a GREAT one when Ron Woods, the founder, was running the show. After changing CEOs and upper management in the last few years, the company has become the worst place I have ever been employed as a physician in Tulsa. Hipocritical to say the very least, as this company sells itself to clients as putting employees and their well-being first but do the complete opposite themselves. Would not recommend to any fellow physician to take a job with this company. In fact, many of their physicians who had the opportunity to take a job elsewhere, have done so in the past several months.
