Pros

Great mission and concept. Opportunity to make a difference in the health and wellbeing of populations. Some hard working, driven employees. Some excellent providers.

Cons

Significant lack of resources and bandwidth in operations. Complete lack of understanding and support from leadership. Leadership is not transparent, honest, or professional. Recent company-wide meeting included a video skit including top HR leader that was offensive and immature. Hiring process is a joke — basically hire anyone with a pulse and is available. Lack of work/life balance. Pay and benefits poor.

Pros

Free medical services in CareATC affiliated clinics, Ok pay

Cons

Absolutely no communication from anybody. If you’re not in Tulsa’s corporate office you basically do not exist. They take days to return e-mails if someone even returns them. They have been working the kinks out the EMR system for over a year now.
