      Well compensated for the work that is done Flexible Free Clinic usage Good atmosphere

      Cons

      Communication could be so much better. Possible too much growth too fast If you want to advance and do not have a degree, its kind of hard to move around within the company. Basically being stuck in one position.

      Pros

      I have been working at CareATC for 2 months now. I have helped set up the Tucson location and think that their patient care model is amazing. I have worked in other doctor's offices and they do not compare. My direct manager is very knowledgeable and is very helpful for any questions that we may have. I never feel as though any question I ask her is every looked down upon or laughed at. Corporate in Tulsa all seem to be very nice as well. I have spoken with some and met a few that came down to visit and they were great and encouraging. I have never worked in a place that has made me feel this appreciated. I truly enjoy coming into work everyday and I am very happy that I have had the pleasure to work for this company.
