      Pros

      They were great at first. The benefits are actually pretty good. It does suck that if you don't use your PTO they do not pay out if you quit or get let go.

      Cons

      Management. They do not value seniority. They say they do but HR has said they do not. Communication is such a problem for management.

      CareATC is a great company to work for. They are always looking to improve patients experience. Great pay and PTO, CareATC takes care of their employees. I have worked for them for 10+ years and I would not work for another company. Off on Saturday and Sundays! Great benefits!! If you are looking for a company that is always striving for the best in patient care than CareATC is the company you want. Come join our Team! CareATC is growing fast.

      What company does not have cons? Every company has cons. CareATC does not have many only one not having bandwidth on how fast we are growing.
