Incredibly fulfilling company to work for! You get to be a part of something that helps people every day! This is a great place to work and the managers and directors really care about their employees! The culture is fun and inspires you to be healthy and improve yourself in all areas of life!

Cons

I don't have any cons, if you are looking for a positive place to work where you enjoy going in to work each day this is it!

Was paid overtime when work applied.

Cons

Pushed employees to work beyond a healthy work/life balance, and encouraged me to come in to work when sick so that a never-ending pile of work would be completed. In efforts to work more and harder, lunch was quick, unhealthy and always consumed hunched over my desk. Taking vacation days (or sick days) was looked down upon and came with judgement. Absolutely no care for you as an individual and an overall toxic work environment.

I love my boss and this Company. CareATC is a great place to work with a lot of exciting opportunities for growth and personal development. All of these negative post are from disgruntled employees that tried to bring DRAMA into our work environment. We have a great culture and they just didn't fit.
