Pros

I am new to the company but I have been welcomed with open arms. The culture is great and the employees make it a great work atmosphere. The mixture of teamwork and independent projects make every day challenging and very rewarding.

Cons

I can't think of any. Since day one, I have yet to see anyone come into work with the "I hate my job" mentality. Having a case of the Mondays may be a thing of the past.

Two years ago I loved working at this company, but over the past year morale has plummeted to an all-time low. Rumor mills and favoritism drive the overwhelmingly toxic corporate culture at CareATC. Senior leadership leans heavily on scare tactics to manage their teams, leading to an environment in which no one feels safe and the need to watch your back interferes with quality of work done. Members of management are more akin to authoritarian figures than good leaders and personal interests tend to take precedent over actual client work. There are such good people here, but they are routinely hushed, disciplined, and cast aside.
