      Pros

      I can honestly say CareATC has been the only job that's been enjoyable for me. Being able to not only do what I love but being able to do it with a company that Cares. CareATC works hard to make sure their patients are taking care of & provided the proper treatment. The Company is always thinking of different, better ways to expand their Brand & that's something I love about CareATC. CareATC is a great place to start a career & growth within!

      Cons

      I would love to see the company give an allowance for scrubs to their medical staff. Also providing incentives to the clinics based off of clinic not just patient surveys.

      Pros

      Great concept, Moving up is easy if you work hard and prove yourself

      Cons

      Communication system wide is horrible. Upper management does not listen to those below them that are in daily contact with the client but rather politely nods and dismisses. Employees that have horrible work ethic are allowed to stay despite multiple complaints. This causes extra work for those that actually love and care about their job. The bad employees lower moral. When there are issues outside of corporate they are not resolved in a timely manner.
