It's great to work with a company that brings such a great benefit to people. The winners are not only the patients, but the employers and our own clinic staff. It's truly a win, win, win. Love the Corporate Culture and Core Values of CareATC. Great Leadership!

Cons

One of the biggest challenges for a company that serves such a large geographical area is keeping all associates happy and engaged. The efforts by our leadership through monthly all hands meetings and clinic update meetings have improved this effort immensely. We all own utilizing these resources.

Health/Wellness focused company Amazing culture! Company lives by its core values CEO hosts monthly meetings via webinar. You are encouraged to ask questions! Senior team listens to feedback (one of my suggestions was implemented nationally) Company looks internally to fill positions first, and believes in its people Fast growing company!

Cons

Most jobs are filled based on employee referrals.. (although this may be a positive)
