Pros

The best thing about working at CareATC is the exciting and dynamic growth we are experiencing. The growth creates opportunity. The culture encourages creativity. The benefits are above average as is the compensation. I never get bored and never dread coming to work.

Cons

The worst thing about working for CareATC can be the rapid growth cycle. Any company that grows as fast as we are will have growing pains and we do. But it's what one focuses on. Personally, it provides the challenges that make my job more exciting, but there are people that may not enjoy that type of environment.
