Fast paced, fast growing and many changes taking place in the company. Exciting! Significant impact on the way healthcare is delivered in the U.S. If you want to work hard you will have a lot of opportunities. Great values and a good culture.

Cons

Some in the Senior Leadership are not on board and pull down the rest of the organization.

I Love working for CareAtc because they are a caring company. They seem to care not only about their patients, but also about their employees. I believe they want the best for both. Benefits are great with this company also.

I love the people I work with and love the executives. I believe in our company and what we offer our clients.

Cons

-Many times, there is quite a bit of miscommunication between management. It would make everyone's job easier if everyone were on the same page. -new products or technology is rolled out too quickly...before the bugs are worked out.
