Pros
Your opinion matters on every level not just as a direct caregiver. Multiple opportunities to engage with management even though they are off-site. Predominantly quality managers and staff in this company, even with much transition and change to continue growth and improvement in the company for the best healthcare delivery to clients and their employees. Multiple opportunities for feedback and encouragement in success or areas of needed improvement. Flexibility of hours and scheduling. Good EAP program and advocates of balance in personal/professional life. Flexibility in scheduling. Allowed autonomy and independence in my position with managerial support.
Cons
RN positions are rare with the company as a whole and I would like to see a change in that pattern. Depending on your job location, unable to utilize free care at a CareATC clinic unless by phone or video. In my opinion, this company is a blessing in the healthcare field.
