Pros

clinicians in the company really do care. you are pretty autonomous and have a lot of time with patients

Cons

A lot of the clinicians work alone, which can get lonely.

Pros

They work on employee engagement, and offer support to clinics and providers. I had access to a very helpful and understanding medical advisor. The work environment was non- stressful and I loved the population I was working with.

Cons

The onboarding was a bit rough around the edges. I was asked to start before my start date, without computer access, and the people who came to the clinic to orient me were not providers, or really equipt to provide the training I needed. They were super lovely people, though. The client relationship/ communication was tenuous at best and made it difficult to know what was needed to improve.
