High Turnover, Low Pay

Pros

Remote work that allows flexibility with attendance when unplanned life events pop up. This a ok job to work while you're in between job looking for better career opportunities. Occasional bonuses.

Cons

Pay is low. Turn over rate is ridiculously high. It’s a stressful work environment and the metrics are unrealistic. Your work is heavily monitored and micromanaged. Leadership constantly messages you throughout the day if you take more than 3 mins documenting a call. You’re treated like a liability rather than an asset. There was a big emphasis on meeting your metrics and goals set by management. This determines your annual raise amount. I met the goals that leadership set for me and worked really hard. It was disappointing that the “raise” that they emphasized over was less than fifty cents. It was disheartening and I felt very undervalued in this role.

Pros

Most positions are remote and there is an opportunity to make bonus money.

Cons

This is a call center position so it goes without saying that it can be challenging, however the systems we use can make a call last longer than what it needs it to be. There needs to be a major software upgrade so that I dont need to have 3 screens for a simple call. The micromanaging is also an issue. Dont even think about being 30 seconds late from any break. QA here is the strictest I have ever seen at a call center.

The pay is okay I don't have any other cons about CareCentrix.
