The hourly pay is decent and the benefits are pretty good. They match your 401k

Cons

Constant change! Healthcare is ever-changing but the way things change here, you can’t breathe and you can’t abuse fast enough. There’s no ramp up period for the changes. You’re just automatically held to the unrealistic KPIs
