      Pros

      Leadership definitely tries to listen and hear the employees' needs, and always makes themselves available to the team. Corporate culture has been a huge priority over the last few years and it definitely shows. The Company genuinely cares about its employees.

      Cons

      There is probably always some room for technological improvements but overall no major "cons".

      Stable Employment and a Caring Company

      Pros

      I have been with the company for over 10 years, in various departments. It is very common for employees to carve out long term careers within this company. I recently finished a college degree which was completely reimbursed by the company. Overall, CareCentrix maintains a very positive workplace culture and atmosphere.

      Cons

      -Managers come and go -Pay could be more competitive for certain positions - Recent layoffs are troubling but hopefully not a sign of things to come
