Pros

The CEO is a very kind man he cares for all his employees there is a lot of incentives and bonuses just for being a long time employee.

Cons

Depending on the department that you work in working your way up to leader ship is all about who you know and who you’re friends with. People get over look alot that are great employees.

Plenty of work. Opportunity to work from home. A GOOD PLACE TO LEARN UM

Cons

Micro Management, poor training, raises minimal, bonuses minimal and hard to attain, no support from management, opportunities to advance never posted they hand chose people for management positions.

We are proud to offer many work at home opportunities, and moved all employees to a work at home arrangement in March 2020.
