Management has no clue about its priorities, no communication about the strategy, inexperienced senior leadership, poor execution, extremely polarized politics.

I have been employed with CareCentrix for 8.5 years. I started out as a Clinical Reviewer and have had many wonderful opportunities for growth over the years. I am now a Director and I feel that I have the chance to contribute to the success of our company every day. Great place to work, particularly if you are willing to be excellent and if you really care! Great Growth Opportunities if willing to exceed expectations!

Technological challenges, must be willing to contribute to solving tech issues as a user.
