Amazing people and co-workers. Employee centered organization. Most departments offer flexibility and remote working options.

Cons

The company would benefit from becoming more lean in their thinking and processes, automating more work and upgrading systems to become more efficient.

Pros

The company does a great job at engaging team members through Voice of the Employee program. Many companies do not invest in employee engagement and I find this refreshing.

Cons

Some people are just very overworked and more work-life balance is needed.

- Probably the VOE team which also lacked -Break rooms - Breast Pump Room

Cons

- Very political - HR does not follow up when you want to go to another department. - Lays off people when new folks come in for no valid reason - Advises us to make reviews on glassdoor using good terms
