Pros

Stayed busy, helped people who were literally at your mercy. Learned alot about the medical field. The people and management were very kind

Cons

lack of communication on policies, different answers from management on the correct procedure. Changes were poorly communicated and confusing

They lie ! They bring you in with all these false promises . Bonuses- up too an extra 800 a month . The qualifications to get this “bonus “ are out of control when I first started I was getting 200/300 monthly then they changed criteria sometimes I get 20 40 bucks if that. They tell you, you will be trained to do more and make Money within the first 3 to 6 months that’s a lie I was in trained to do or learn more into after a year almost 2 years of being with the company then when I asked about my raise They told me that it takes up to three months for them to go ahead and give you the raise after the three months I asked again about my raise they advised me that it depends on how long or how many calls you take being in the queue also you had to meet all the qualifications you can be a write up you have to be at work a certain amount of days your call time Hass to be the certain things they don’t tell you any of that when they tell you about the job they just tell you you’re going to make all this money you’re going to be gray and we’re voting for you all a lie they just want you to do a good job all they care about is the money in their pocket. Now due to COVID-19 they have made us a work at home company which has been great for people like me who have children but they don’t care about your mental health they don’t check in on us to make sure that we are doing OK they know that some of us have spouses who have lost their jobs who are not financially stable right now they don’t care you miss a day and you don’t have the time or you didn’t request a day off they write you up for it they don’t support you being late or having to run out for a doctors appointment unless you have the time now if you have the time to takeoff they’re OK with it but if you don’t have the time expect for a warning and a write up the supervisors are never on your side all they care is about being good with the bigger supervisors. This job when you do customer service or phone or faxes they do audit a new once a week on where you get graded if you get 100 or more good job keep up the good work if you get anything other than 100 you get an email saying please see detailed email that you’re getting a 97 is not good enough for them they only prize you when you were getting 100s when you’re getting good reviews if you’re not one of those people do not expect to move up to not expect for them to notice you do not expect that you were going to get a raise do not expect bonuses do not expect that they’re going to do anything other then not even notice you exists .
