Pros
Higher pay than any other call center. Not horribly micro-managing (depending on supervisor). Good entry level start.
Cons
It is a call center so you're taking back to back calls. As with any call center, you will only get to use PTO time when there's not a lot of other people already taking it that day. There is lots of "petty drama" within the teams.
