Pros

Higher pay than any other call center. Not horribly micro-managing (depending on supervisor). Good entry level start.

Cons

It is a call center so you're taking back to back calls. As with any call center, you will only get to use PTO time when there's not a lot of other people already taking it that day. There is lots of "petty drama" within the teams.

Pros

The people here are very nice. The management is also very nice and approachable. I've learned a lot while working here.

Cons

Some work can be confusing at times. The company is very niche and has niche terms and processes to complement that.
