Ever changing environment!!!

Pros

It's a good group of folks (fellow employees) to work with. Most employees understand the importance of the services that they're providing to the patients. You have to remember that the majority of the patients are going though a "life changing" experience that's new to them and they're not very familiar with. The whole process can be very frustrating for a "new" patient. However, there is reward and satisfaction in putting a smile on someone's face over the phones. It goes a long way...

Cons

They could use more automation when it comes to their internal processes and systems. Their current processes and procedures are sometimes frustrating because you're having to "manually" research the majority of the accounts. Too much time is spent looking things up manually. "Let me put you on hold while I look that up"...

right executive leadership in place - it starts at the top! good communication as to what is going on in the company, recognizes and appreciates employees for their hard work, growing company, advancement opportunities, constantly striving to make CCX a better place to work

Cons

growing pains and challenges bring opportunity for innovation, improvements and job security as there is work to be done!

Innovative and supportive leadership team driving success through quality of care for patients Investment in systems and technology improvements Consistent requests for employee feedback and leadership using employee feedback for new ideas and process steps

Cons

Change moving at a feverish pace for the better, so not really a con per se. The environment makes it a place for people who are driven to work in a team enviroment driving towards innovative patent care and quality service delivery. If you like a job with repetitive tasks where you don't have to think, this is not the place for you. If you are an assertive, driven, out-of-the box finisher, then welcome...this is the place for you!
