Pros

Great culture with very helpful and intelligent people. Huge growth in the company drives great career opportunity. Great benefits package with 4+ weeks of PTO/year and generous healthcare packages.

Cons

Starting to get big enough to where the methods of organization and communication that used to work as a small company are starting to fail and cause growing pains.

Pros

Can work remotely. Good PTO policy

Cons

Way too many protocols are required to get anything done in BT (yes this company calls their IT department BT even though few to no other companies use such terminology) Many BT departments are completely incompetent. Some management uses bullying and belittling tactics. Poor or no training is provided. Teamwork is a foreign concept. Meetings take up 15 to 20 hours a week and are excessive. Layoffs are commonplace. My advice is to run not walk the other way and find a job elsewhere. Also, health insurance is mediocre considering that this is a health insurance company.
