      Pros

      Accessible management, good skills training. I have been here for a little over 4.5 years and have received 3 promotions. My manager has worked with me to develop my skill and help me grow within the company. Everyone is nice and executive management is easy to get in touch with if necessary.

      Cons

      Communication between overlap in depts. could use a bit of work, but overall, I have been satisfied.
