I work with some of the smartest and most talented people in this business. At CCX we are truly team driven. It is one of the best companies I have worked for where teams actually work together across multiple areas to solve complex problems. We lean on each others expertise and respect one another and we get the job done. It is truly my favorite part of my job. Folks here are passionate about health care, helping patients and serving our payer clients. We have one of the best HR teams I have ever seen in my 30+ years in health care. People who work hard are rewarded and promoted here. We have a ton of longevity,

If you are not passionate about healthcare this may not be the right place for you.

Excellent benefits. So many different choices which allows you to customize your benefits package to you and your families needs. Excellent work-life balance. The management team really cares about their team members and it shows.
