Pros

Working with providers and patients brought great joy. Explaining and educating patients regarding their insurance and how ded vs co ins worked for them allow the patient to regain control of how to better care for themselves

not enough representatives that spoke in spanish

Pros

Culture, generous benefits, professionally mature leadership team in place who is experienced in driving significant growth in small companies.

Cons

Rapid growth naturally creates challenges that can lead to work-life balance becoming "unbalanced" in a negative way. That said, leadership stands by the "We Care" value and if someone is organized, focused and adding value in every hour worked, yet genuinely struggling, his/her leader will listen and take action to remove roadblocks and/or create a better balance for that individual.

Empowerment by leadership. Open lines of communication. Great cross-functional team spirit. Lots of room for growth if you work hard and are dedicated.
