Pros

Carecentrix is a company that has a strong set of core values that we see represented every day in so many ways. The advocacy for the patients we care for the commitment of our team members to always do the right thing. There is tremendous potential for growth and career advancement. The Senior Executive leadership team stays in touch with the needs of our respective teams in such a dynamic way and they execute on them. Working here YOU are cared for. As an employee you are an asset! I have never experienced an environment where a corporate entity has had a leadership team that has made me feel so incredibly invested in the outcomes. What we do here matters and I see that every single day!

Cons

We are a growth oriented company, there is a lot of change that happens every single day. There is a strong movement/effort to keep everyone involved in the changes but sometimes it doesn't always translate to all team members. We have to continue to be diligent and committed to sharing with all levels of the team.

Great company doing exciting work in untapped areas to improve healthcare!

Pros

1) While the company has been around for >20 years, it is in a high growth stage, entering untapped markets, solving interesting and complex challenges and is incorporating new technology into its solutions 2) The opportunity to contribute to improving healthcare and bending the cost curve 3) It feels like a start up at times, as the leadership team, while very experienced is pursuing work in a new spaces and exploring new technology partnerships 4) The leadership team is committed to the mission and it seems they are always trying to find ways to improve employee satisfaction and respond to employee complaints - lots of focus on culture. Recently they instated a based bonus to all hourly employees due to strong financial results (non merit based) which I think really showed the commitment leadership has to staff.

Cons

Growing pains of a company exploring new areas and experiencing growth. Work hours can be long as is the case with a growing company with an ambitious and passionate leadership team.
