      Pros

      CareCentrix is a great place to work. The company values are front and center and part of the DNA of the company. The focus is to "live our values" every day. People are great to work with and are very collaborative. Team members are willing to do the right thing and listen to new ideas. We Care is not just a value it is a way of life here at CareCentrix.

      The company is growing and we all must support the company's goals to keep up with the growth.

      Some nice employees and PTO

      Cons

      Inexperienced managers, no work life balance, internal hiring process is a mess... no real growth opportunity unless you are part of the "favorites", tons of favoritism. Unfortunately there is discrimination overall and the DOL should really investigate. Hard to make connections with team members as truly intelligent people leave (the ones that stay are 100% looking to leave). Compensation is not well calculated.
