Pros

Nice coworkers and vendors that call in. Work from home was nice. Benefits were ok.

Cons

Terrible management. Poor communication of frequently changing policies. Favortism is horrible. Dont trust anyone. They will lie to cover themselves. Micromanagement is horrible. Reminded me of elementary school where every child is watched and monitored every second of the day. Stress levels are so high there Ive watched several be carted out by ambulance. Turn over is high.

Pros

Great PTO, decent benefits, reasonable 401k. People are friendly. A lot of young senior leadership. Looking for a vertical move? Apply here.

Cons

Company systems are incredibly outdated. Core systems are from 1998. Proprietary ticketing systems are horrible. Venture capitalist owned so money is tight.
