Pros

They pay is outstanding in addition to the PTO and flex schedule. This company would be attractive to any job seeker.

Cons

The numbers driven culture where the quality of the work is second to the quantity is unsettling. The training is subpar and undocumented. Senior Management is uninformed, and disconnected. The communication between Executive leadership and Employees is abysmal. Promotions are based upon who you know and not what you know and if your leader does not have a personal relationship with you any advancement to another department or team is more difficult than it should be.

Pros

Work from home, the pay is very good. Other offices so you can transfer if you choose. Young staff.

Cons

Carecentrix is not very organize. A lot of wrong information gets passed around. They will make you work for your pay. Sign in from home over the weekend.
