      Management was very approachable. I was able to be open and honest with all upper management. Very actively involved in decision making.

      20 days of PTO (you really need it with all of the insane issues you deal with), co-workers are nice

      Top heavy inconsistent unprofessional micromanager managers extremely high turn over rate lie after lie no room for promotion sexual relationships will get you promoted worst job experience of my life no work life balance - you are expected to work every paid holiday and every weekend You will get screamed at every day of work and receive threatening emails from providers because CCX has so many claims issues The providers are awful and so are the leaders/managers

      As a patient registration specialist I would have to say the job was pretty easy... It was task-oriented, but I always had a chance to help others!

      Cons

      The management team was not always in the favor of the employees.
