      Growing with pains

      Pros

      The company is growing fast and has some growing pains. Our CEO is very engaged and strives to have a great team of leaders. Sr management is making every effort in making CCX an employer of choice through employee survey, management engagement, events to make working here fun. They really do care.

      Cons

      Unfortunately there are a few lower lever supervisors and managers that leave a lot to be desired. Some don't have backbones and others are bullies. And workforce management leaves a lot to be desired. BUT Sr. Management are working on cleaning this up.

      Pros

      good salary and lots of independence, but this is a ruse to be able to blame low level employees when things go wrong

      Cons

      located in hartford and not much to do around there. Management is not supportive and does not care about keeping employees long term at the company
