Pros

Great people who work hard and truly believe in the work. Dedication of the good line managers to their people.

Cons

Senior management Inexperienced leaders "Fake" mission, vision and values Driscoll has no idea what it's really like to work at CCX Talks a good talk but doesn't walk the walk. Senior management is aloof and disconnected from the real work. Systems are antiquated and cumbersome; supervisors are untrained and everything is a priority-a fire. Sucking up is rewarded. Inadequacy is tolerated.

Pros

Pay and benefits are solid. Could be a good starting point for a career if you lack higher education and your vernacular/grammar are not up to most company's standards.

Cons

Lacks diversity in an unconventional way. Others here have called it "ghetto" which I find inappropriate and I'm surprised that glassdoor allows it. Perhaps their content editors assume "ghetto" to mean cheap or shoddy but I assure you that's not what other reviewers are trying to convey. Things my supervisor said: "You shouldn't be going to the bathroom unless you're on break." "If you started your 15 minute break at 2:00 and zero seconds and return at 2:15 and 30 seconds then you're late and that's an occurrence" "How was I supposed to know that warning you about coming back from lunch break 2 minutes late one time within a month would not be appreciated?" Management is too comfortable putting their hands on you. Shoulder and arm grabbing/touching made me incredibly uncomfortable and it wasn't confined to just one superior. Major favoritism. Management will monitor your instant messages with co-workers and retaliate against you for what you said. The most bizarre aspect of working in a production environment for CareCentrix was the daily production emails sent to the entire team. Each morning you would open an email containing the entire team's production numbers from the previous day! There's a reason institutions of learning don't broadcast grades anymore, it's unethical. Their #1 value is "We Care". I don't question whether or not they care, I question what they care about. And the answer is twofold: They care about the bottom line (duh) and they care about stringently micromanaging their workforce. There is no care for the patients. This company would rather have an employee complete 80 cases incorrectly in a day than have them correctly complete 60 cases. There's a 5/1 ratio of workers to supervisors/team leads. They might as well just have supervisors/leads each set up somewhere where they can watch 5 employees work for 8 hours a day every day. The scariest aspect of this company is the complete lack of Coordination amongst all levels of management. The only product or service this company offers is home healthcare COORDINATION!
